We want you to feel confident with your purchase from SelfRestored. If there is an issue with your order, we are here to help.

Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, items that have been worn on the scalp or used cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged on arrival.

To request a return, please email SelfRestoredContact@gmail.com with your order number and a brief explanation.

Refunds
Once your return is approved and the item is received, we will inspect it.
If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Shipping fees are non refundable unless the return is due to a defective product or an error on our part.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your product arrives damaged or not working properly, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include clear photos or videos showing the issue.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund depending on the situation.

Wrong Item Received
If you receive the incorrect product, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Cancellations
Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.

Used or worn products
Items without original packaging
Items returned after 14 days
Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please check with your bank or payment provider.
